Could this have been the village of Outer Hope? A nice thatched cottage standing alongside the road and the centenarian boat house of the rescue squad at the point where the path mounted the promontory to the right. The front of the same boat house. The shield at the right, acco聲ding to Kees the scutcheon of Wales, bears the device 'Ich dien', which has a typically German ring Don't even think we considered to have a swim. This is a picture postcard shot in quite a different season.
This must be Tuesday, according to the cauliflowers. It was my turn to cook and when 'The Boys' brought in the victuals my heart sank. I managed though, thanks to a home-made sauce of left-overs special, the peppered turkey filet notwithstanding Picture Text Picture Text
